These terms apply to all accounts accessed from supported Pakistan regions where local law permits. You must be the verified owner of any JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast wallet you link to your account; third-party payment use is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension. 355game reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Account
credentials are personal and must not be shared. Any attempt to manipulate session data, circumvent security checks, or operate multiple accounts under a single identity will result in permanent closure without appeal. All disputes are handled under the dispute-resolution clause further in this document.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
If any clause in these terms is unclear, or you believe a decision taken on your account was made in error, our support team is available to walk through the relevant policy with you. We aim to respond within 24 hours on all formal disputes.
Our live chat channel is open around the clock for account and policy questions. Start a chat from the account dashboard and reference the specific clause you want clarified so we can route it correctly.
Send a detailed written query to our support address for formal disputes. Include your registered account ID and the transaction reference if your question relates to a withdrawal or deposit conduct matter.

Your account name must match the identity document you submit during verification. Mismatches between your registered name and your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet name will pause withdrawal processing until resolved.
Operating more than one account under the same verified identity breaches these terms. If a duplicate is detected, both accounts are reviewed and the non-primary account is closed, with any balance transferred after verification.
Deposit amounts sent via Raast or SadaPay must match the amount entered on the deposit screen. Discrepancies caused by rounding or transfer fees are resolved by submitting the payment receipt through the support channel.
You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account session. If you believe your session was accessed without your consent, contact support immediately; we can lock the account while the incident is reviewed.
All withdrawals above the threshold stated in the payment conduct rules require one identity document check per calendar month. Documents are reviewed within one business day and results communicated by in-app notification.
Continued use of your account after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised clauses. If you do not accept an update, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your verified balance.
